Paris Fashion Week Spring 2015: Chloé

The Chloé runway looks that have just come out are amazing. Flowy, feminine and romantic, they stay true to the Chloé aesthethic. Most of my favourite pieces were the dresses and blouses.

Heaven.
(Here's an obligatory artsy cloud picture.)

My favourite looks:

Flowy, bohemian blouse. That's a staple piece for me.

Gorgeous poncho + Those gladiators

This is just divine.
Look at that dress. Look at it.
I can't fault it in any way.

Another gorgeous crochet dress.

Slightly revealing, very scintillating.
J'adore.

Spring Inspiration

SPRING IS HERE! Well, at least for those in the Souther Hemisphere. To all the Aussies out there, as you know, temperatures are rising fast.

I've been compiling some inspiration to get into the spirit of things. So let's shake off that winter chill and start heating things UP. Enjoy.

Paris Fashion Week Spring 2015: Isabel Marant

Isabel Marant's Spring 2015 collection had me breathless and in a frenzy. I've been thirsty for more Isabel Marant ever since her Winter/Fall collection, and the Spring show had me lapping up the looks one after the other. Staying true to her typical bohemian/luxe style, the runway was a-plenty with fringes, tassels and different textures like raffia and leather. Isabel Marant can do no wrong.

I want to share a few of my favourite looks here (with some running commentary):

Instead of the traditional LBD, maybe we should adopt the LRD.
Ruffles are just amazing.

Another LRD! Although, I like this one better than the first.

The tassel fringe adds a whimsical touch to the structured jacket.
Also, those gladiator sandals? I'm dying.

This look fills me with the need to get a shaggy vest, pronto.

Another piece of fringed perfection.

Everything about this look is perfect. It's very luxe vacation, non?

Need. Sweater.

I'm dying. That's how good this look is.
Is that a poncho? A cape? A jacket?
I have no idea. But I need it. You must understand. I absolutely NEED it.
The subtle gold choker is also a really simple but chic touch.

The pants are interestingly textured.
But can we talk about the hair? It's perfectly tousled and shaggy. Very 'I-Don't-Care'. Loving it.

Crème De La Crème: The Models

There are models, then there are The Models.

I have a few favourites I want to share with you guys. Why do I love them? I really can't put my finger on it. The best way to phrase it is their I'm-Not-Trying beauty. It's so effortless. I think the #IWokeUpLikeThis hashtag is appropriate.

So here's my top 15:

No. 15.
Marina Nery

Elfish, Unique. Those sea-green eyes! Most of the models on this list do have sea-green eyes. What can I say? I'm biased. Her hair is so wild, untamed and beautiful. Unlike the sleek locks everywhere, it adds to her distinctiveness.

No. 14.
Bambi North Blythwood

Bambi's gamine, tomboyish style is so easy and effortless. Her eyebrows are also deliciously thick. A bit like Lily Collins, except high fashion. She's so natural and unpolished, a true diamond in the rough.

No. 13.
Jessica Gomes

Her mixed heritage of Korean and Portugese is amazing. She's like the asian Kate Middleton. It's that regal nose. She's also one of the few asians who also seem to look better tanned. Also, the face of David Jones. So kudos there.

No.12.
Barbara Palvin

Pouty-lipped perfection. Enormous doe-eyes. Dewy, baby-faced. You gotta love. Her brief stint with Justin Bieber was disappointing though.

No. 11.
Malaika Firth

Unique. Beautiful. Leggy. Another model with the youthful chubby look going on. Her lips are plump and gorgeous. A rustic, unpolished beauty.

No.10.
Doutzen Kroes

Angelic perfection. With her heavenly lush locks, and those sweet blue eyes, I can't help but love. She looks like a pampered princess. A classic beauty.

No. 9.
Binx Walton

Another elfin beauty. Her quirky, eccentric look is proof that unconventional beauty can be awesome.

No. 8.
Cara Delevigne

Like the rest of the world, I am a fan. She's so down to earth, its ridiculous. She also has a personality. In this modern age, that's a rarity. Soul sisters? Hell Yeah!

No. 7.
Erin Wasson

Badass, quintessential rocker. She appeals to my dark side. Plus, those stormy olive eyes? Sexy.

No. 6.
Taylor Hill

Three Words: Sea-Green Eyes.
You could get lost in them. Honestly.
Also, she's sort of like Andreea Diaconu's younger sister. That's how similar they look. So sweet.

No. 5.
Andreea Diaconu

I was a fan of hers before she ballooned into fame. The recent American Vogue cover of hers is proof that she really has made it. Her bone structure is to die for, and those piercing blue-green eyes of hers? Yep. Can't. Get. Enough. Of. She also has that elegant eagle look about her. Maybe its that unique nose... Okay, moving on.

No. 4.
Sara Sampaio

A Portugese beauty with stunning sea-green eyes and impossibly pouty lips. She has that youthfulness about her. Her golden skin is also amazing. I like to think of her as the exotic version of Barbara Palvin. Actually, those two happen to be great friends in the modelling world. Well, what do you know?

No. 3.
Adriana Lima

Bombshell here. Banging body, incredible hair, bone structure. Legs that go on forever. I've got an enormous lady crush on this one. Again, those green eyes. Mesmerisingly sultry. Men and Women all over LOVE.

No.2.
Shanina Shaik

SHAINA!!! I adore. Silky raven tresses, piercing hazel eyes...Her eyebrows are gorgeously thick, and they always seem to be narrowed. She reminds me of a cat. On the Prowl. She's Australian. (yay, Aussie Pride). And stunning. Perfection.

No. 1.
Kate Moss

The queen reigns. I have no idea why I love her so much. Je ne sais quois.

I am nowhere near done.
